Terms of Service

RegitCode (hereinafter referred to as "the Studio") operates on a structured milestone-based development lifecycle. Orchestrating high-performance architectural outcomes requires precise alignment between the Studio and the Client.

• Feedback Loops: Clients are entitled to scheduled review sessions at each major milestone (e.g., Wireframing, Beta Phase, Final Staging).
• Project Sign-offs: Progression to a subsequent milestone requires written or digital approval of the current phase. Significant changes requested after a milestone sign-off may incur additional costs and timeline adjustments.

We believe in the power of ownership. Our IP framework is designed to protect both the Client's unique product and the Studio's foundational engineering assets.

• Client Ownership: Upon receipt of full and final payment, the Client shall own all rights, title, and interest in the final software product developed specifically for them.
• Proprietary Rights: RegitCode retains all rights, titles, and interests in its proprietary boilerplates, pre-existing codebases, internal libraries, and generalized software patterns used to facilitate development. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use these elements as part of their specific project.

While we strive for 99.9% uptime and bulletproof code, we operate within a complex ecosystem of third-party providers.

• Third-Party Infrastructure: RegitCode utilizes premium third-party services including, but not limited to, Vercel, Render, and Cloudinary. The Studio shall not be held liable for project delays, data loss, or service interruptions caused by downtime or failures in these third-party environments.
• Handover & Maintenance: Following final project handover, the Studio is not responsible for code breakage, security vulnerabilities arising from outdated dependencies, or client-side modifications.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
